SINK & FICTURE INSTALLATION - VAUGHAN, TORONTO & THE GTA
Sink & Fixture Installation in Vaughan — All Types, Licensed, Same-Day
New sinks, vanities, laundry tubs, and fixtures installed correctly by Aviv Plumbing. Licensed plumbers serving Vaughan, Toronto, and the GTA.
Installing a new sink or fixture seems straightforward — until the supply lines don’t match, the drain doesn’t line up with the rough-in, or the shut-off valves under the cabinet are seized from years of non-use and need replacement. What looks like a simple swap often involves more than it appears.
Aviv Plumbing installs all types of sinks and fixtures for homes and businesses across Vaughan, Toronto, and the Greater Toronto Area. Kitchen sinks, bathroom vanity sinks, laundry tubs, bar sinks, utility sinks, and all associated faucets, supply lines, drains, and shut-off valves — we handle the complete installation so it’s done correctly.
Bring your own fixture or we can supply it — we carry common fitting and connection hardware in our vans so most installations are completed in a single visit.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Assess the Existing Setup: Before installing a new sink, we check the existing drain stub-out height and location, confirm the supply rough-in is appropriate, and verify shut-off valves are functional.
Step 2 — Install Cleanly and Correctly: We install the sink with proper support, connect the drain assembly with correct trap height and slope, and run new supply lines with new shut-off valves where needed.
Step 3 — Replace Worn Components: If the existing shut-off valves are seized or supply lines are old corrugated lines, we replace them as part of the installation — it’s the right time to do it.
Step 4 — Test Under Live Conditions: Every installation is tested with full flow — both hot and cold — and drain flow verified before we leave. We check for any drips under the cabinet before sign-off.
