WHO WE ARE
Aviv Plumbing is a licensed residential and commercial plumbing company based at 14 Connie Crescent Unit 3 in Concord, Vaughan, Ontario. We serve homeowners and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area from our home base in York Region.
The company has been serving the local community since 1990. After 35+ years in operation we have one clear mandate: build a plumbing company that GTA residents can genuinely rely on. One with licensed technicians who show up on time, communicate honestly, and do work that lasts. One where the price you’re given before the job starts is the price on your invoice when it ends.
Plumbing is one of those trades where trust matters enormously. Every Aviv Plumbing technician is fully licensed under Ontario regulations. Plumbing is a licensed trade in Ontario — and we take that seriously. All work is performed by qualified plumbers, not helpers or labourers operating outside their scope.
WSIB COVERAGE
We carry Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage on all jobs. This protects you as a homeowner — if a worker is injured on your property, you’re not liable.
