LICENSED. FAMILY-OWNED. BASED IN VAUGHAN, ON.
About Aviv Plumbing - Licensed, Family-Owned, Serving Vaughan Since 1990
WHO WE ARE
Aviv Plumbing is a licensed residential and commercial plumbing company based at 14 Connie Crescent Unit 3 in Concord, Vaughan, Ontario. We serve homeowners and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area from our home base in York Region.
The company has been serving the local community since 1990. After 35+ years in operation we have one clear mandate: build a plumbing company that GTA residents can genuinely rely on. One with licensed technicians who show up on time, communicate honestly, and do work that lasts. One where the price you’re given before the job starts is the price on your invoice when it ends.
Plumbing is one of those trades where trust matters enormously. You’re letting someone into your home, often in a stressful situation — a burst pipe, a basement flooding, a water heater that gave out on a January morning. We built Aviv Plumbing around the belief that those moments deserve a professional, honest response. Every single time.
OUR LICENSED TEAM
Our technicians bring experience across the full range of residential and commercial plumbing — from emergency response and drain service to full renovation scopes, water treatment installations, and commercial projects. They're trained to diagnose accurately, communicate clearly, and treat every home with care and respect. When you book with Aviv Plumbing, you know who you're getting.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
HONESTY
We tell you what we find, give you a clear price, and recommend only what’s genuinely needed. If a repair will do the job, we won’t push a replacement. If the system is fine, we’ll tell you that too. Our business depends on repeat customers and referrals — and that only happens when people trust us.
QUALITY
We use quality materials, work to Ontario Plumbing Code on every job, and take pride in work that’s done correctly. Shortcuts and temporary fixes aren’t part of how we operate — they create callbacks and reputation damage that no plumbing company can afford.
RELIABILITY
We show up when we say we will. We answer the phone. We follow through on what we commit to. In the trades, reliability is rarer than it should be — we take it seriously as a competitive differentiator and as a basic standard of professionalism.
COMMUNITY
We’re based in Vaughan and we serve the GTA community we’re part of. Our technicians live in the communities they serve. We’re not a national chain managing call volumes from a remote office — we’re neighbours. That changes how we approach every job.
LICENSED. CERTIFIED & FULLY INSURED
LICENSED PLUMBERS
Every Aviv Plumbing technician is fully licensed under Ontario regulations. Plumbing is a licensed trade in Ontario — and we take that seriously. All work is performed by qualified plumbers, not helpers or labourers operating outside their scope.
WSIB COVERAGE
We carry Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage on all jobs. This protects you as a homeowner — if a worker is injured on your property, you’re not liable.
MOEN FLO CERTIFIED INSTALLER
We show up when we say we will. We answer the phone. We follow through on what we commit to. In the trades, reliability is rarer than it should be — we take it seriously as a competitive differentiator and as a basic standard of professionalism.
FULLY INSURED
We carry comprehensive liability insurance on all residential and commercial work. Our insurance documentation is available on request.
