HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Assessment: We assess your main water supply line location and confirm the correct Flo model for your home’s flow rate and pipe size.
Step 2 — Installation: We install the Flo device on your main supply line — typically a 1 to 2 hour job. We handle all connections and verify the device is reading correctly.
Step 3 — Calibration and App Setup: We calibrate the device to your home’s normal flow patterns and help you set up the Moen Flo app on your phone so you’re connected from day one.
Step 4 — Test and Activate: We run the Health Check cycle to confirm everything is working correctly and walk you through how to use the system and respond to alerts.
