I have used Aviv Plumbing a few times now; to install a kitchen faucet, install a garburator, fix a hot water dispenser... The owner, Michael Aviv, is extremely responsive. Whether it is an emergency or not, he responds and reacts immediately. Anthony, who came a few times is so friendly and is amazing at what he does. He was working in a very small space and had to really maneuver, and it sometimes became complicated. He was very motivated and committed to getting the job done perfectly. I have been so impressed and happy with the service they provide. I would 100% recommend them. Pricing is also reasonable.

Mike at Aviv plumbing has been incredible to work with, highly recommend him and his team. We had faulty bathroom fixtures installed during a major reno (by another plumber) and Aviv sent Andre who was efficient, friendly and provided great advice on how to ensure the new fixtures/trim worked optimally and how best to maintain them (we unfortunately picked slightly fussy fixtures). All to say, this is an easy 5 star review for Aviv plumbing.

We were hearing banging noises coming from the pipes whenever we did laundry and showered. I called Reliance because I thought it was the water heater that I was renting. They looked at it, and said their water heater is just fine, it was a problem with the pipes, and you need a plumber. I called Mike at Aviv, who I explained the problem to. He ordered the parts to fix it, and came over. Mike diagnosed that it only happens when the hot water turns on, and said we should call Reliance again because it looks like it's the water heater. Mike didn't charge for the parts that he ordered for me because he didn't need to install them. Reliance came over again, and because Mike explained the problem to me, I was better able to explain the problem to them. They then verified that it's likely the water heater with a broken valve, and I need a new water heater. Mike is knowledgeable and honest, and without his diagnosis, I'm not sure how I would have gotten this problem solved.

We have had several plumbers here over the past few years who looked at our Toto toilet and said that they could not find an issue with the flushing of the toilet. Last week the toilet stopped flushing. Andriy from Aviv Plumbing came over and within a half an hour, he had replaced the non functioning parts with new Toto parts. The parts cost about $150. For the first time in years, our toilet does not run on. We were very happy with the timely and efficient service.

This was my first time needing to call a plumber so at first I felt a little lost. Aviv was highly recommended by our community Facebook group, and I’m so so thankful I chose to proceed with them. Michael from Aviv was one of the only plumbers to evaluate my toilet issue by photo/video via text, and quoted me right on the spot vs. other plumbers who required a service fee just to visit without understanding what the total job could cost me. He was also very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did, so I could be educated and aware of the root issue. Michael was also kind enough to take a look at a second issue with my shower, and again, was able to fixed it right then. Highly recommend!
